We have designed our Colibri Restaurant to be a symbol of the local landscape that celebrates our age-old customs and cultures of our wonderful country. Join us and taste the flavors of Costa Rica.

Our menu is varied to allow travelers of all walks of life the opportunity to reward themselves with a tasty dish to their liking. Enjoy our rainforest views while savoring a beautiful dining experience created with pride and passion. Listen to the sounds of the jungle providing the perfect acoustic accompaniment for every meal.
Our produce is grown on-site or purchased locally from specially selected farms … or fincas as they are known in Costa Rica. It is our passion that our guests relish the many inspired dishes of our country.

COLIBRI BAR & LOUNGE
When you are on vacation, it’s both fun and relaxing to share a cocktail or a glass of wine with friends and loved ones.
Colibri Bar & Lounge is built in true Costa Rican style, with direct access to the pool area and providing table and walk-up service. Soak up the sun and relax in our beautiful spring water pool while enjoying a tropically inspired drink. Colibri Bar also has an inside seating area directly adjacent to our sunken lounge which has been purposely built to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment away from the main restaurant.
The Colibri Lounge is perfect for guests wishing to meet before dinner. Sit back, relax and let our mixologist prepare your favorite cocktail or aperitif while chatting among family and friends.
