Terms and Conditions for Chachagua Rainforest Ecolodge Packages

Policies and Conditions

• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• Rate include typical or american breakfast.
• Taxes are included.
• This package is not available for Peak season (April 14th to 20th, 2019 & December 20th, 2019 to January 03rd, 2020)
• Maximum 4 people per room.
• Children under 6 years old free of charge sharing rooms with their parents, it would include only lodging and breakfast.

Payment and Cancelations Policies

By confirming the booking process, you authorize Chachagua Rainforest Ecolodge to charge the full amount of the reservation to your credit card. The transaction will appear on your statement like Chachagua Rainforest Ecolodge S.A

Cancellations

• All cancellations requests must received in written by email to reservations@chachaguarainforest.com
• No shows and early departures are penalized 100%.

Low season:

• Cancelations received 15 days prior arrival date will be refunded (less 15% for administrative charges)
• Cancelations received 14 days prior arrival date are Non Refundable

High season:

• Cancelations received 30 days prior arrival date will be refunded (less 15% for administrative charges)
• Cancelations received 29 days prior arrival date are Non Refundable

Imposibility of Performance

Agree that Chachagua Rainforest Ecolodge will not be responsable in the event of natural desasters, fire, blockades, government order, flights cancelled or any other circunstance beyond our control.
